I would call this product innovative. It reveals how technology is still growing and advancing !

SAP experience
When first introduced to the game I was a little uneasy. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to do it. But once I got started I really got into it. I understood what was expected and what I needed to do for my team. I really enjoyed monitoring the inventory and making decisions involving pricing and marketing. It showed me how to make important decisions and it gave me confidence. As a career I want to be a head of company but at times I’m not sure if I want all that responsibility, however after playing the game and doing well at it I am now a little more comfortable with the idea. It reveals how important it is not only to pay attention to sales but also pay attention to profit. Overall it was a great experience.

Was Apple Fair ?
Believe it or not, I actually agree with Apple. Sure employees have their right to privacy however when they impact a company negatively the private becomes more of a public issue. The company had to do what was in their best interest, which was let the employee go. Of course, it would have been nice for them to give the employee a warning it is still ultimately left in the hands of the employer. Personally as the employee I would use it as a learning expeirence, when you work for a large company you need to realize they will not stop until they have ensured that nothing is standing in the way of image or profit. And as an employee I probably would have acted in the same manner, Apple has a image to uphold and the employee was acting as a liability versus an asset. Sorry to admit it, but to me Apple acted quite appropriately. If it didnt directly involve the company that would be a different story.
